How do I deposit?+
Go to Deposit. Choose a method (crypto, 1Voucher, EFT coming soon), enter an amount, and follow the instructions. Crypto deposits credit your balance automatically after on-chain confirmation — usually within 20 minutes for Bitcoin.
How do I withdraw?+
Go to Withdraw. You must have completed KYC before the first withdrawal. Amounts at or above your operator's review threshold go to manual review (typically 1–3 business days). Smaller amounts dispatch within a few minutes.
Why do I have to verify my identity?+
Every licensed online casino is required by anti-money- laundering law to verify its players. You upload a government ID and a recent proof of address from your account page. The process is usually automated and takes a few minutes; if a human review is needed it can take up to a business day.
What is wagering on a bonus?+
