Our commitment

Spaceclover is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. Gambling should remain an entertainment activity — never a means of earning income or solving financial problems.

Tools available to you

You can set, lower, or apply the following tools from the Responsible Gambling page in your account:

  • Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
  • Wager (turnover) limits
  • Loss limits
  • Session time reality-check reminders
  • Cooling-off (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days)
  • Self-exclusion (6 months, 1 year, 5 years, permanent)

Limit decreases and self-exclusions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period before they apply, to prevent in-the-moment escalation.

Warning signs

  • Spending more time or money gambling than intended
  • Chasing losses
  • Borrowing money to gamble or using money meant for bills
  • Hiding the extent of your gambling from family or friends
  • Gambling to cope with stress or low mood

Underage gambling

We do not accept registrations from anyone under the age of 18. If you suspect a minor is using our service, email safety@spaceclover.com.

Staff training

All customer support staff receive responsible-gambling awareness training and can point you to the right tools or external resources.
