- Cooling-off (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days)
- Self-exclusion (6 months, 1 year, 5 years, permanent)
Limit decreases and self-exclusions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period before they apply, to prevent in-the-moment escalation.

Underage gambling
We do not accept registrations from anyone under the age of 18. If you suspect a minor is using our service, email safety@spaceclover.com.
Staff training
All customer support staff receive responsible-gambling awareness training and can point you to the right tools or external resources.
